By accessing the services provided by Verdant Yield Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Hardware Installation

Client agrees to provide safe access to the property for the installation and maintenance of soil telemetry probes. Verdant Yield Systems retains ownership of proprietary transmitting hardware unless explicitly purchased outright via a separate hardware agreement.

Service Limitations

While our telemetry calibration aims to optimize water usage and yield, agriculture is inherently subject to unpredictable environmental factors. Verdant Yield Systems does not guarantee specific crop yields or absolute protection against extreme weather events.
